Appearance: Akashi starts turning into a hybrid dragon and ends up looking like this.
Backstory: Only a few can have a dual Dragon Seal. In Akashi's case, he has the wind and fire seal which can be combined to create the scorch dragon seal. He had only heard this in legends and by training a lot, he was able to awaken this seal and use ti to become stronger.
What it Does:  The user gains 25 power for all Fire and Wind release jutsu. He also gains the ability to levitate up to 30 meters high. This has a cost of 5 chakra (plus bloodline cp cost) per post.
